COVID-19 secure procedures

Important customer notice

As of Monday 19th July 2021, all COVID-19 restrictions are set to be lifted in England. However, we feel that the high infection rate in Cheshire East should be considered, as well as the fact all our staff have only had their first vaccination. Therefore, we will be taking a more cautious approach and have decided to keep in place some of our systems of work to help with the prevention of COVID.

RECEPTION, PICK UP & COLLECTION

Going forward and while the weather is on our side, we will still be requesting that only 1 customer/family at a time enter reception, we will use discretion with this system and would not expect customers to wait outside in adverse weather conditions. Please continue to use the sanitisation point provided in our reception area when entering. Please continue to be considerate to others and maintain a social distance.

FACE MASKS

Our staff will also continue to wear face masks when dealing with customers and invite customers to do the same, without obligation.

DAYCARE ASSESSMENTS

During assessments for day-care, we will invite customers into the day-care area to observe the assessment. However, we ask that immediate owners only attend assessments and will place a restriction of 2 people at a time for this.
